How long does it take for orders to ship?
All orders ship within 1-3 days of the order being placed.
How long does it take to process a return?
Your return will be processed within 1-3 days. An E-Gift Card will be issued to the email address used to place your original order.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please send a photo and description of the damaged merchandise within 5 days of receiving to info@lennoxroseboutique.com and we will be happy to assist.

How do I track my package?
The moment your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation notice to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add LennoxRoseBoutique@gmail.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
