Shipping policy

Where are our products shipped from? 
All of our products are housed and shipped from Illinois, USA.

ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $99.00 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Cost is $6.00 if the order is under $99. It is free for orders over $99.

Local Delivery
As a thank you to our local customers for choosing to 'shop small', Lennox Rose Boutique offers free delivery within a 6 miles radius of the New Lenox, IL area. Orders will be delivered (contactless porch drop off) within 1-2 business days.

If you are eligible for free local delivery, the option will be available on the checkout screen. Don't want your items delivered by us? No problem, you can simply opt out and choose your preferred traditional delivery method.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the carrier (USPS). We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package:
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered at the time of checkout is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking information handy to see where the delivery person dropped off your package
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
